Terri Wheeler
President

Terri has served 35 years as Executive Director of the Housing Authority of the County of Montezuma which provides housing opportunities for Low-Moderate Income individuals and families. Terri has served on the Board of Directors with Unlimited Learning since 2003.

Virgil Caldwell

Virgil has held 2 long term careers as cell biologist and later in college administration.  His last outside position was that of Dean for a School of Health Sciences.  Virgil has been on the Board of Directors with Unlimited Learning for about 13 years.

Todd Parisi

Tood was raised in Dunkirk, New York. He was an EMR for 22 years for Dolores County. He has taught EMR certification for Unlimited Learning Center for several years. He has a goat ranch in Dove Creek, Colorado. The love of life is his wife Tiffany and their animals on the ranch. God bless.

Leecy Wise

Leecy is an educational consultant with her own company, currently focusing on teacher training, language instruction, curriculum development, grant writing, and program evaluation for institutions serving Native American populations in the Southwest.
